Part P notify or not.
A man changes two existing fused spurs located outside a bathroom.Changed from normal spurs to RCD fused spurs.These feed two circuits in to the bathroom.Does this need notifying?
PART P NOTIFY OR NOT...
If we call this accessory replacement because it's virtually like for like; then regardless of whether within or without bathroom, I don't think it's notifiable.

Part P Notification of Minor Work
I would agree that under the additional notes on page 8 of the Approved Document P, Note b - 'Replacement, repair and maintenece jobs are generally not notifiable, even if carried out in a kitchen or special location or associated with a special installation'.
